Never a Dull Moment

So, I thought I would have loads of time on my hands once the musical was over - alas, I have yet to really feel that. I suppose I prefer being busy over having an endless supply of empty time on my hands. I think I have just enough "free" time to feel like I can breathe again, which is nice. . . . I won't lie.

So, what has been occupying my time since the musical? Well, I've gotten involved with some of my good friends who are putting together a new business, and I've become quite in the thick of it. I went on an overnight adventure to Jackson Hole, Wyoming with my good friend, GR. We saw a pretty entertaining show while we were down there and hung out with several of his friends who were in it. On our drive, we were able to get to know each other a little bit better and also flesh out some of the bones of the venture. It's really exciting, I must admit.

It never ceases to amaze me at how prominent the Lord's hand is in each of our lives. Since I was invited to the first meeting for this new venture, things have fallen into our laps - almost quite literally. It can only be attributed to Providence. The timing has been impeccable and the opportunities we've seen in such a short period of time are stunning to us all. It would seem there is a greater purpose for this company, and we've gotten a little push from an unseen Source as people and assistance has been coming out of the woodwork. Couple that with all the hard work we're putting into this and I have a lot of confidence in this venture. It's fun to be involved.

Other than that, I have been continuing having fun with friends and it's been great. I have appreciated the good people with which I have surrounded myself over the years - especially as several of them have come back into my life and we still enjoy uplifting association. I can personally attest to the importance of striving to be and surrounding yourself with good, uplifting friends. Anyway, I have to get to one of those wholesome activities in the next few minutes, so I'll sign off for now and wish you a happy day and many good friends!
